This game has an okay base, and the pixel art is very cute. However it would be a great deal of help to list the instructions or keys somewhere. I did not see them before the game started or on the page. Also a UI upgrade would do wonders for your game. Good luck with your submission.

Hey, checked it out! Full on rpg with cutscenes, Nice. Funny too. You used electron? Is there a reason for that?

As for the gameplay it really more puzzle-like, but maybe too concentrated on number guessing, not that you could "arrive at solution" finally, more like you try, and try, and try, and succeed. And its brutal. but maybe I just need new plan...

Developer

Thank you a lot for playing my game!

I used electron just because I'm learning ways to make desktop apps, and also I'm programming on Linux, and electron projects can easily be compiled under Windows too

Also thanks for feedback on gameplay, as for me it is really hard to know how difficult it will be for player to figure out what to do. I've thought that player should like "catch the feeling" of when to spend money on health and when to eat food, how valuable are mage's and knight's damage, etc. But now as I think about it, maybe I should have spent more time on providing tips about these mechanics - that would've made game more straightforward and my goal more clear. And yes, I am obsessed with numbers :)
