Ahh great job, love the mechanic works really well in ramping up the difficulty and such a great scope choice for the game jam on complexity vs time frame.

Very interesting premise. Simple system. My only issue was that sometimes it didn't seem to have a rhyme or reason to which file it grabbed when multiple were stacked on top of each other. Sometimes it would grab the top one, sometimes the bottom, sometimes one in between those two.

Other than that my only suggestions to improvement would be to add a timer so that you know how much longer you have to go for that section.

Great work - even in this simplistic form it would make a fantastic minigame for any modern setting. And with a more fleshed out level progression format you could make a little game out of it For instance you rise through the ranks of an office building with the first level being just 1 green and 1 pink. Then you move on to 2 of each type, then you get your first order of shredding unwanted things, then it progresses to there.

Nonetheless, great effort and a fun premise.

Oh man this game was fun and I can definitely relate. Definitely a tough game though! I like the theme and everything too and the music wasn't annoying and actually kind of added to the ambiance of the game. I will say that sometimes I wasn't sure what I would be grabbing so I may click on receipt but if it is stacked super high it'll turn out to be a memo. But I guess that adds to how frantic the game is meant to feel. All in all good job!

This is a very cool game! I love the art and music, the gameplay was very fun and challenging but not punishing which make it even better. The sound effect was done so incredibly well and add so much to the game. I had a blast with this! Well done!!

A neat little game. I like the overall vibe of it with the sound and the music matching the visuals. The only complaint I have is that sometimes when you try to grab a document it instead grabs the one below it, which causes you to make unintentional errors. I only got to level 2 because I lost and had to start over, a checkpoint system would have been nice here. But I do see a lot of potential here, like adding fake documents which you have to shred either way, or some documents which you have to archive right away. All in all this is really well done for a jam game!

I really like the overall vibe of it. The visuals and soundtrack come together really well.

As others have mentioned, a Game Over screen would've been nice. Also, maybe you should increase the rate of papers coming in a bit more gradually. Its a bit overwhelming if the rate is high from the beginning.

I think if you add a few more features, some story and add some more polish, it would be a great game!

Was nice and simple which I appreciated! Got a little too difficult for me by the second level but I'm not terribly great at fast-paced concentration games to begin with, lol. I agree that it needs a game over screen.

I actually really like this idea! Gives off a little papers please vibe. I would suggest adding a lose screen instead of just going to the main menu. I also found when I click on a page it selects the one underneath, but hey, its game jam! Very impressive! Enjoyed it a lot.

Oh yeah, we ran out of time to address the paper grabbing glitch (I could not for the life of me figure out the problem). Same with a loss screen. Might go back to fix things up after the jam is over, thanks for giving it a look!
