Seconding MetalStorm’s comment, this is very satisfying and I still hope to see you decide to make a web version that can integrate with social networks to send globes as Christmas cards. I think you’ve already addressed some of the features that would be nice to have, like the ability to rotate models before placing them. It would also be nice if fences would rotate X and Y automatically to better fit hills, maybe using points on either side of the fence and comparing that to the hill mesh height to decide how to orient itself, if that makes sense. That said, you could ship this as is and the right group would love it I think.

This is really cool and well polished. you should publish this ASAP and post it all over the place I bet a lot of people would love trying this out.

10/10 made a little town and felt like I was in a warm house relaxing on Christmas day.

Super cool little tool. Wasn't really a game as much as it was a really neat piece of software for making postcards. A little disappointed that exporting globes was disabled though, kind of the best feature. I would have used this CONSTANTLY as a kid for making christmas e cards and stuff if it were a web app or some shareware at the time. Loved it. Cool atmosphere too, the cabin environment really builds a certain mood.
