This is so cute and I love the art <3

I read the tutorials and fed my jellyfish, but I wasn't sure what to do while waiting for the day to progress. I felt like I was missing something and checked the tutorial a couple of times to be sure.

But all in all I love this idea and the execution and I think you should continue to flesh this out even once the jam is over!

I'm glad you enjoyed it! 😁

Unfortunately I didn't have time to add anything much to do while waiting for the day to tick over. If I ever flesh out the game (which I am seriously considering doing since I had so much fun with it!), I'll definitely add more stuff to do like resource gathering option or npc interactions, and maybe some automation stuff if your jellyfish flock gets too large to care for all in one day 🤔

I think this is a super cute idea, I really enjoyed the tutorial and the player sprite.

I also feel like the middle zone isnt proportoned correctly for the angled top down youre going for, so it's a little disorienting to navigate. I'm also not sure how to progress time.

Did the time not progress automatically when you left the menu? You should see it ticking up in the top right corner.

It did, but fairly slowly. Like I wasn't sure how long I was suppose to wait for jelly to be produced

Any day a jellyfish is fed, you'll be able to harvest them once on the following day. Probably should've coded it so that they've been fed on day 0 so you can get jam on day 1 lol. I'll add a note to the description about that.
