I've been working on this game for 14 months. I had a hard time with a copyright issue. I started all over again, made a lot of progress in gameplay design and here is my game!

I also wasn't sure on what to do because of the language barrier. Couldn't even get out of the first area. :P

Damn, it's sad to get stuck at the tutorial!

You have several solutions to gain experience: press "i" next to the objects to read their name or say hello to the right person.

12 year olds kids can do it, so you can do it!

Interesting concepts to teach latin (I think), I liked being about to explore the city and discover words for various objects.  Also the labyrinth was a cool idea, I was able to get through the easier one on my own,  but I was completely lost for the hard one and just guessed because I didnt know what the different cases were.  I ended with a score of 20 coins / 4920 exp.  After I did discover you can get infinite exp by just alternating the 2 speech buttons at people.

Thank you for your very detailed feedback. You understood the purpose of the game very well! I use the game as support for a course for beginners. The difficult labyrinth really requires knowledge. I'll think of something more intuitive, where we could answer by observing clues.

I tried to solve the infinite exp!

Hi,

I have a little hard to figure out, what I was doing (language barrier).

I did get the feeling, that the coins were scattered more or less randomly (not completely there were some inside the temple on the hill). Maybe that should each be 'gated' by a small challenge or puzzle so they feel rewarding to find. In my opinion, it should also be rather simple to find them, nut harder to get them (but that is personal preference =)).

Consider translation in subtitles for us mere mortals who don't understand that language =)

I wish you luck in the future!
