  • I really like how you took the theme, I know you are having a few issues with equipment right now, so I'm not going to tank your quality just because you don't have access to better microphones. I do really love what you went for here

Would you like to say what this song means to you?
I wanted to add some elements from both South Africa's amapiano genre and its house music

really really like the song and your vocals especially are really good, really fits the theme too.

but I would echo what gullo said, in that the lower notes on the piano in particular feel like they're maybe clipping or being pushed too hard into some kind of saturation/distortion that gives it a bit of an unpleasant sound so I'd recommend just being a bit more careful with your volume levels!

still very much enjoy the song though!

Vocals!!!!!! it is a breath of fresh air to listen to vocals and live recordings. Love the lyrics, the use of real instruments. Thank you for this, im sure this took a lot of effort.
-"I am a wave" thats powerful, had to listen a few times just for the poetry.

I think it's a unique and ambitious approach.

The rapping is really nice, and placing it on a piano-only track gives a pretty intimate feel to it. Regarding the mix, I think the track is clipping a lot, which sounds a bit off
