I actually really love the idea of filling out paperwork for some sort of undersea bureaucracy!

Unfortunately I cannot seem to get the framing right on the itch page
Had the same issue, but then I moved the browser window to my other monitor that has a higher resolution and the framing was fixed. That might help.
