Really fun concept. The win/lose screens were really cool. Congrats.
Edit: Oh I had to skip all the intro otherwise the game got stuck.

Your 2D art is very good and the fights are nice. The 3D art is quite similar, maybe your game in full 3D would have worked very well too.
I think I found a bug in my first fight, I kicked the enemy into the air and he did not come back and I seem to be stuck.
A very VERY fun game, loved the characters and their interactions. Amazing work !

The humor in the story is awesome and I loved the character art! Nice game
The 3D graphics are mostly white squares, but the 2d art is pretty good!
The conversations were cool, but the fights lacked a bit. Defending seemed pretty useless since you can just time the attacks and no enemy shoots, sometimes shooting doesn't let the enemy move.
Regardless of that, it was a cool little experience with much personality in it.
what are the controls? this sounds interesting i want to date some fish and beat them up

i think there's a bug where you can't progress if you let the cutscenes play to the end, so i spam clicked through the opening sequence
