  • I didn't see a link to the theme with this one (it's not mandatory but it is a rating category) but the game itself was visually interesting. Very cute, nice character designs. I wasn't the biggest fan of the shooting mechanic. Being a top-down-ish shooter where you shoot with the mouse button, one would expect the mouse to have some impact on aiming, so it felt a little unsatisfying when it didn't. It would also be nice to have some kind of way to recoup health, either regaining it after clearing a room or having health powerups dotted around the world. Other than that, this is a great starting point for a really fun game. Good job!

It's so cute. I enjoyed it. Enemy get bigger is a good idea.

Shooting was fun, accidentally bugged the enemies, 9/10 wobbly pompoms

The game looks really good, but I didn't quite understand how it relates to the theme. Also, are there differences between the diffrent types of attack? Or are the changes purely visual?

Edit: After reading the other comment, I'm really confused. Crouching? What? Where?

At the moment the games looks good but I think there is a problem after level 1 all the following ones seem empty. And I don't really see the "learn from failure" aspect. Otherwise I find that it remains an interesting prototype and the fact of being able to dodge a projectile by crouching was a good idea.
