for this game you have to make a game playable on a gameboy. scratch can export to itch via a web build, but other than that it can't export anywhere. i would know. I'm a ex "sweaty scratch kid"

You can't take part in this Jam with Scratch, but I think you should make the game and publish it on Itch.io anyway. It's a good learning experience for you.
