Game description
Welcome to "Bloody Delicious", where the burgers are juicy, the customers are strange, and the secrets are... downright horrifying.

You’re the newest employee at a small-town burger joint that prides itself on quality meat and customer satisfaction. But as you take orders and grill patties, things start to feel... off.
Before you know it, the routine spirals into a waking nightmare. Strange orders, forbidden areas, and hallucinations begin to blur the line between reality and delusion. Whispers of something dark and forbidden hide in the corners of the restaurant, daring you to uncover a truth that refuses to stay buried.

I managed to cook one burger consisting of 4 ingredients) I didn't have enough time to cook something bigger) But the idea is interesting)

Great fun! Though I'll admit I played it for about 1/2 hour without fulfilling one order. Couple of times managed to make what they'd asked for before they disappeared, gave it to them, and they said 'that's not what I ordered'. Was quite satisfying to then throw it all at them though.

Really like the vibe here, it is hilarious. Even the woman's walk in animation. There were a couple of noticeable bugs (talk to the customer and it locks movement til you talk again, camera reset about 1 or 2 seconds after the boss tells you to work faster), but I think with a tutorial on what's expected of you for each order, maybe one that just runs you through the first order with a check list, and then leaves you to it, it would be something I'd definitely want to play out to it's conclusion. Just didn't feel myself making any progress and wasn't sure what I was doing wrong!

Also funny to see another food-based, hallucination-based entry in this jam. Oddly only obvious food my game is missing is burgers!

Good job all in all, was a lot of fun

Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re thrilled our game gave you a good laugh for 1/2 hour—sounds like you found a creative way to deal with those tricky orders! 😄 We totally get that a clearer tutorial could make things smoother and will definitely work on that in future updates.

It’s great to hear you enjoyed the vibe, including the hilarious walk-in animation (that one’s a personal favorite of ours too).

And yeah, it’s funny how food and hallucination themes made such a strong showing in this jam! Sounds like burgers are making their way into this jam in more ways than one!. 🍔

We really appreciate you taking the time to play and share your thoughts. Hope you’ll come back and see what’s cooking after the updates!

(Your theme interpretation review is hilarious btw) For whatever reason, the characters seem to disappear and appear in the restaurant for me. Also, I couldn't figure out how to cook. Some tutorialization may be in order here. I like the vibes you were going for though, and I think some film grain could help that out. Reminds me of a Chilla's Art game like "The Closing Shift" or "The Convenience Store".

We’re so glad you enjoyed the vibes we were going for in our game—it’s amazing that you caught the references we drew inspiration from! Your feedback about the characters and tutorialization is super helpful, and we’ll be working on improving these aspects in future updates. We also love the suggestion of adding film grain—it’s an interesting idea that could really enhance the atmosphere, and we’ll definitely consider it. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and taking the time to play our game. Your feedback means a lot to us!
