I liked the controlling the different bugs for different abilities. It reminded me of Mario Odyssey using cappy to control the different entities. If you plan on expanding different more bugs would be a great addition

I liked the concept of becoming a caterpillar and controlling different bugs. It needs a bit of work to be really good. But it is fun nonetheless.

Hello!

This is a pretty cool idea. Its very original. The art could use more work. The insects and background seem to use completely different styles, which was weird. The background music got a bit annoying after a while but its fine. The gameplay was a mixed bag. I like the puzzle design a lot, but the controls are a little weird (like how a web throw and eating leaves use different buttons) and a bit janky. I also got stuck on a part where the caterpillar could move over the boxes for some reason.

Overall, I see some potential.

Thanks for the checking it out. Neither of us are really artists so we used a sprite set for the background  from oga and then made the playable characters, which is why they're janky haha. I just uploaded a new version to fix the box part.

Thanks for the feed back, I'll keep that in mind for future game jams.

Hi there!

Really liked this submission! It fits the theme, has a cute gameplay and an origial take on the gameplay and idea. The controls are intuitive and the game mechanics are pretty funny. Overall it is a hilarious submission. I really appreciate the selfmade assets, rather than copy pasting nice shiny sprites, so well done! I also like that you tried to build a bit of a story around it. Well done!
