Great game
Neat game. But I couldn't play for too long because I got motion sick. Maybe using "Cinemachine" and not having a pattern in the background could fix that...
The sound effect whenever I touched red shapes sounds like gun fire from movies in the 80's. I count that as respect to the theme. Unfortunately, the game became too difficult for me at the bottom area with 3 balls. Wish there was save point at least after I reached that yellow ball.
Well done for your first game, and glad to know you had fun in the making.
Graphics are very basic, but the idea is quite good! Controls screen is cut off on the sides so I couldn't read it.
It is a bit crude but still a good game!
Wow, really nice game. The controls feel super good. One suggestion: I would love to have some music driving me through the levels :)
Wow this is super difficult! I managed to get pretty far, but then I died and went all the way back. Even though you write that you cant program, I think you have done a pretty good job. Back in the day, there used be tons of games like this on the internet. I think you can be really proud of your work!
Two suggestions, consider adding checkpoints, so the player don't have to repeat the same parts of the level many times. Secondly, if you made it possible for the player to restart the game by pressing "space", the player would be able to return playing much faster, and wouldn't even have to use the mouse. Just a suggestion, if you are planning on working on the game any further :-)
If you have time to play our game at some point, we would love to hear your thoughts about your experience in a comment as well. Otherwise, I hope you have had a great jam, and remember to keep making games!
