A little rough around the edges but it's neat. Good job!

GREAT  GAME!! IT WAS NICE TO SEE ME IN IT

Developer

Thank you, :) undoubtedly, all games are GREAT, each great game has more than a million players! :)

I kinda see what you are going for with the open world and instanced battles. Keep at it!

Developer (1 edit)

thank you for your participation and understanding :)

I bit confusing but interesting to play. I like the idea of an open play area and you walk and battle for the minigame.

Developer

hmm "bit confusing", I'll think about how to make it clearer, maybe there may be additional pop-up windows with a pause, showing what is happening, or what needs to be done in the game. Thank you for playing

pretty hard to play idc it's made solidly just improve the controls.

Developer

thanks for trying to play my game

Can you my?

Developer

I already tried to play yours, but I couldn’t get past anything. I'm not good at text quests :)

I like the idea of combing an overall game with some smaller mini-games. Something which ties the different pieces together is a bit missing. The next things I would do to improve the game:

  • Frame rate. Not sure if it was a deliberate choice, but the game feels as it runs at a very slow frame. This makes it not very smooth and does not feel so responsive. If you just use the stuff from Phaser (update functions etc.) out of the box, this should be pretty easy to improve.
  • Improve the graphics (maybe by using an asset pack, in case you are not so into art) and add some audio.
  • Maybe a little story which helps to give the things you do a bit more purpose.

Anyway, congratulations to your game! I know what it means to finish a game in such a short time.

Developer

Thank you. I’m not sure if these are important things primarily for this game interest, but I added your comments to my todo list

Very interesting. The controls definitely need work.

Developer

Thank you. What controls need improvement? Need an example of what exactly is wrong?

the eyes  and the paddle don't move smoothly. They kinda stutter over the screen. Very hard to control. I have to tap a key multiple times to get it to move.

Developer

I fixed a few bugs in the game, if you have time, can you see if it's any better?

The theme implementation is definitely here!

A Power is everything and everything is a Power :)

Awesome start! I had some trouble figuring out how to store the power. and figuring out win state. I also noticed a bit of jankiness but it looks like you have that figured out. Can't wait to see what you come up with next!

Thank you, I add description pick up mode and battle mode on page game  https://microsvard.itch.io/power-take-and-use

Cool idea! I don't know if it was intended, but the movement is laggy and feels strange.

Nice job! ^^

Developer

Thank you. Not intended :), my work notebook is old and is laggy, becouse I optimize fps to 100-200ms (5-10 frame sec) and forgot to set the normal FPS before upload
