Hello! I have some doubts (only 2 xd)

Can any Engine be used freely? (I found the page a little confusing but even though I understood I just wanted to clarify that doubt)

Can the prizes be in money or are they necessarily the licenses and what is mentioned on the page?

You can use any engine that will export your entry for the web so it can be playable in the browser. At the end of the Itch page you have the Engines section which lists some of the options.
