Man, I wish that titlescreen music played during the gameplay too...or something else just as cool. And an odd powerup that healed you some. Nice work! I had fun.

Thank you for playing. Listening to your feedback, I added background music to the levels too.

Sweet! I'll have to check it out.

Hi Astutos,

I tried your game, but I don't seem to be able to mine any gold or silver. The pickaxe makes a noise, but nothing happens? Am I missing something here? (using Brave on MacOS)

Developer

I'm sorry to hear that, maybe unity requires some permissions from the browser (e.g. input). I downloaded and tried the Brave browser and had to deactivate the 'Shield' function in order to start the game. After doing that I was able to play everything as expected.

Check my comment, maybe you had the same problem lol

Yep, that was it. :)

Nice job! Especially within two weeks. I liked the low poly style, works very well in the game, and the little details like the buried tracks. the music works well too.

The gameplay was a bit same-ish though. There isn't much skill involved, I wonder if it could be a bit more engaging. Maybe that you had to jump over things to get to places, or something that would add a bit of variety to the gameplay?

Developer

Thank you for still playing! I agree, more gameplay variation and more interesting level design would definitely improve gameplay. Thank you for your honest feedback!
