Unfortunately for fullscreen mode I couldn't zoom in to enlarge the playing field, which made fullscreen mode pretty pointless...

Developer(+1)

I'm sorry about that.
I'll make sure to address that problem ASAP.

It is really nice game. Nice art, music is the sry for my bad choice of words orgasm to my eary :P
I develope love/hate releationship with the points, which spawned too close to wall. But not gonna lie, it was really nice feeling to capture those. Tnx and Good job.

Developer

Thank you! I'm so glad you liked the music. Besides the smooth snake movement algorithm the music was by far the one thing I had the most fun creating.

from what it feels like you definitely improved the game quite a bit since you shared in the discord. snake turns tighter and smoother,  making it easier to grab those corner beads a bit easier.

well done from one snake game maker to another :D

Developer

Thank you!

Nice snake clone! The only problem I see is that when the fruit spawns in the corners is almost impossible to turn on time. But, in general, I like the movement system! So, my suggestion would be to make the corners more like a curve :)

nice done!

Developer

That's actually a very good idea. I'll see about making that change in the next iterations. Thank you!

I followed some of your progress in the Discord and it's so cool to see the final product! The movement felt smooth, responsive and polished. Well done on making a game that feels complete and not over-scoped. As others are saying, the music fits the theme of the game well. Congrats on the submission 😎

Developer

Thank you!

You not only remade snake but you made it so much better! Put this on a mobile device and I will play the hell out of it during my downtimes.

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much for the kind words!
A mobile release is high on my to-do list for Aspect of Earth.

That sounds exciting. I look forward to it :)

Everyone loves a good snake remake, and you've nailed the movements down, very fluid and intuitive. My only criticism is that it's very brown... Otherwise, good work!

i love the sound. drums are interesting choise. also it s realy heart beating :D

I will say it again that movement is so satisfying and the music is so fitting I really like what you did!

Fun game. I kept hitting the walls when I ate food though. This is the type of game I would keep coming back to nice job.

I really like the idea, snake with the twist, that you can move in any direction.

Though it is too hard for me to avoid the walls. Maybe you could have some energy which reduces on touching the walls and increases when eating?

Hi there, I took at look at your source but it's missing many files and folders. Your source needs to be everything needed for someone to download your game, open it up in the game engine (in your case, Unity), and hit Play to play your game.

Developer

Hi Yang. Thank you for having taken a look at my game.

My game's project folder is about 1.6GB. Do I need to upload all of it to somewhere? I was hoping I wouldn't need to, but I'll try if strictly necessary.

Jam Host(+1)

Yes, but keep in mind you should delete the Library folder since that has to be automatically re-generated on each user's individual computer anyway.

Developer

Hi Yang. Thank you for the quick reply.

I've updated my game's GitHub repository to make the full project source available. I used GitHub's standard gitignore file for Unity projects in order to greatly reduce the amount and total size of files uploaded. I hope that's OK.

Jam Host(+1)

It looks good now :)
