Great game. Can maybe add options later if you plan on building on it, for key assignments. I personally would prefer mouse to space for attacking. Needs some music. Love the bats, very very cool. Don't know if you intended it but they look like the Bat signal when you shoot in an up direction. Well done

Like you said, you didn't get to put as much time into this as you would have liked. The core of the game looks solid though. Random rooms, kill zombies, and a sweet bat power. A little hit feedback for the zombies would have helped. Maybe less health on them, too? And clicking to attack instead of the spacebar would have helped. Spamming space on my mechanical keyboard felt great, but sounded terrible and took way too long.
Next time make a game that's all about throwing bats at enemies. That was a very cool moment.

Looks cool and game seems fun. I like the enemies even though its easy to confuse them. I think the combat could be improved coz its hard to move and fight them and it took me a while to figure out what keys to press to fight the enemies. Overall, epic.

This had some pretty fun topdown action. I think a little tweaking and some impactful effects would help give it that little extra satisfaction. The blur on the character's movement was a little distracting to me, but that just might be personal preference. I liked the artstyle's clean feel though. Congrats on the game overall!

Like the concept very much! Finally I could put the vampire to sleep... The bats attack is really cool, and the walls mechanic original!
Like they said, some feedback of the level of the lives of the zombies would be nice.

Hi, i liked the general conzept but like the others said a feedbacl on hiting enemies and more options in the menu would have been nice. My Character got stuck in a zombie and I could not move any more.
But still a nice Jam Entry. Good work!
Thanks for the feedback, the sticky element is intentional but needs explaining… if you “wiggle” you should be able to break free!
I did put keys on the page but will look to add them to the game it’s self when I get some time.

I like the idea you have here and art choices that match all the way through. I wish there was some visual feedback on the zombies getting hit and being hit. Damage numbers, flash of colour and knockback or something. Really cool to see this polished up!

Nice looking project! You may want to throw in a quick menu system with a control HowTo, objective, and a Quit program button. Wasn't quite sure what to do.
