Nice idea!

The game looks great and the theme is very nice in this one. I do have a sore wrist from trying to beat it and I failed... Not sure if the zombies get stronger / faster / spawn more often when progress gets higher but it gets SO hard. Also the melee attack seems quite pointless when compared to the ranged attack. Music and sound would have added a lot to the game too, even if it's just a simple looping background track and some shooting / impact effects :)

Great job overall !

Developer

Thank you so much :)

And yes,  there is an "hidden" mechanics which increases the spawn of zombies, and each zombie has random stats.

I had to nerf the spawning because a friend told me it was so hard :')

The mechanics of the two souls was really cool! Nice! Also, wrecking the zombies was fun!

Do you know what it would be a great fitting to your idea? Having the soul do only meele attacks and have range enemies shoot at the physical body. But!!! The shooters have barricades so only the soul could go there to kill them. That way splitting the main character would have purpose. Missed opportunity there ^^

Developer

That would've been a fantastic idea to implement in the game! But I had a lot of troubles just creating those simple mechanics xD.

But that idea is really cool tho!

What a clever idea! By the way, I am in the "quiet" group as well :) I was busy fixing bugs right up until deadline and completely missed adding sound and music to my game as well. Great game!

Interesting idea. WebGL worked good. A little bit quiet though :)

Developer

Thank you so much :). Yeah, a bit quiet, but I had no time for sounds

Thank your for playing :)

Cool Concept! Could use a little more polish with response when attacking enemies and sound. However it's a Game Jam! Really cool project, would love to see it worked on more!
