ChronoKill: Looking for honest feedback to improve

It's my first game jam with my first completed game and I'm looking for some honest feedback.

General feedback is good to have - but in particular I'm looking for things that can be improved. I am also aware of some FPS issues some people are seeing - if anyone else experiences the same problem could you please specify your system specs so I can try to narrow the problem down.

A bit about ChronoKill: You are an assassin able to slow down time, and gave been hired to kill a wizard who is hiding with his minions in his tower. It's a 3rd person game, only takes about 5 minutes to complete. Plenty of blood!

If anyone has time that would be great: https://itch.io/jam/gamedevtv-jam-2023/rate/2092526

If anyone is looking for feedback on how they can improve their own submission post below and I'll take a look and provide a review at weekend (I'm currently out of the country)
