First game jam in a looong time. It was a great way to jump into Unreal5 and see the changes...and, oh, were there many. However, I was proud of myself, because for the most part, I knew what my blueprints were doing. lol

What are some of the snags you guys hit during development, and how did you overcome them?

It's my first game jam, ever. Went solo, unity engine. Yesterday, my inputactions were deleted for some reason and unfortunately source control could not recover the file. Took away some sleep to fix what was deleted, but thankfully managed to do it! Had half a heart attack seeing an empty scene upon leaving safe mode, but thankfully my scenes were still there.

Proud to have finished this within the time limit. As a perfectionist, seeing room for a ton of improvements though :). Gotta learn to let go.

That's awesome! Great work! Perfectionist here, too, but seeing all the things that needs fixing gets me excited to continue working on it.

On that note, I hit a new snag; I'm not sure if the game uploaded correctly lol

The main snag that my teammate and I faced was Github deciding to corrupt our project last night and causing us to lose a day and a half worth of work. My teammate is amazing though and they managed to redo a lot of what we lost in a very short amount of time!
