Unable to complete google form for free course

Hello,

I finished the game jam and am attempting to complete the form for a free course. Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with the URL portion of the form; as when I attempt to put in the URL for my game, https://squeakyknee.itch.io/wizards-loophole, or the gamejam URL, https://itch.io/jam/gamedevtv-jam-2024/rate/2750559  ; they both fail saying 'Please provide full itch.io game jam link. E.G https://username.itch.io/gamename or https://itch.io/jam/gamedevtv-jam-2023/rate/123456'

I am not seeing an issue with how I am submitting my url, the only thing I can think of is that it doesn't like the special character in my games url since there is a space between wizards and loophole which is represented by the dash in the url. no idea why it doesn't like the gamedevtv jam url , but when I try pasting the two URLs provided by the error, they both seem to make the error go away. anyone else having this problem?

If the form doesn't work, you're probably best off emailing Support and giving them the information manually. I imagine you won't be the only person who encounters some kind of fluke issue, and I'm sure they'll take care of it =)

Where is the form? I can't find an email or a link on here. Do you mind sharing it here? Ty

During the end-of-jam stream, Tim indicated that these emails would be sent out "the week of" June 10th, presumably because of the sheer number of submissions they need to verify. I don't really want to subvert this process by posting a link here because unfortunately, there are always going to be some cheaters who don't deserve their course, but if you feel at any point like you've been missed, skipped over, etc., the best thing to do is email GameDev Support and let them know.

No worries though, you have loads of time - the course doesn't need to be claimed until mid-July. Tim also indicated that he was very dedicated to ensuring nobody slips through the cracks regarding this, so it will get sorted one way or the other =)

Oh that makes sense! Ok as long as it's still on it's way. I thought I missed out. Thank you for the info!
