Hey! I'd like to check a couple things:

Am I correct in thinking that a music entry would solely be judged on how it sounds?  So it wouldn't need to be aesthetically pleasing for example?

And also would I be able to submit my own entry but also join a team? Any solo effort I would do would be a music ROM but it could be nice to join a game project too if possible.
