I think I beat it? The game just cut to a black screen with the boss sprite in red in the corner. Regardless you did a great job with the art style, it really stands out. I don't know if I've ever really seen a mechanic like how you did the summon bar, that's a pretty creative way to give the player multiple summons without needing extra controls/menuing.

Once you get the summons that's kind of all you'll need to use though, your normal attack is just too short to risk using. I wish there was a bit more strategy to the combat other than just spamming bugs at the enemies.

You beat it! There should be "Victory" sign, but

I love the aesthetic so much and i love the gameplay concepts! However game was very difficult for me.

Thank you for feedback!! :3

We ran out of time before we set up normal game balance

Really nice art style for a three color pixel game. The gameplay is fun and simple. You can create a huge swarm of bugs and use them both as a shield and as a weapon in combat at the same time. I felt like the queen of a bloodthirsty hive, lol.

Oh man I LOVE this aesthetic. The colour choices are giving me huge old SMT vibes. The gameplay is super smooth and responsive - I'll add however that I do think the gameplay and music choices feel much more SNES or even Sega inspired in terms of gameplay rather than Gameboy. But boy do I love that boss design!

I loved playing this big angry bug! The art direction was amazing and the combat was pretty smooth, the only thing I was wishing for was a way to attack up/down. The boss was a little difficult and I did attempt her about 25 times but eventually let her win lol

Thank you, I am very grateful for feedback! We planned to use spawned litlle bugs to perform up/down attacks, but for me this way to attack seemed a little bit hard
