Cool puzzle game! I would have preferred more challenging puzzles, Not having to select the space before moving, and clearer "you can't move here" around buildings. Other than that it was a fun puzzle game!
Nice little puzzle game. The difficulty escalates appropriately from level to level, and there is some decent variety to the environments.
My only complaint is that the game ended before the puzzles got really challenging; but of course there is never enough time in a game jam, is there?
Learnt a valuable lesson in how much more difficult making puzzles can be then you would originally think.
Its my first game jam for just getting something done was the mission.
thanks for the feed back tho :)
Very impressive for a first jam!
I'm curious: What kind of pathfinding did you use for the wagon? Or did you use predetermined routes?
Can't take too much of the credit CantripDev is way more experienced then me and has entered a few before.
We used a Gridnode system for the movement and the Pathfinding system on that. I'm still very new to this, that's a bit over my head still.
Hey, we used A* for the pathfinding
Excellent, that's probably the best way to do it. :)
Fun Game! There were definitely levels that I could have done better on, and it really felt like a Gameboy game! Especially the sounds :)
Good, a little too easy, but still fun
Probably the closest entry I've come across yet that evokes the feeling of the gameboy. From the font choices to the sprite sizes, this feels very authentic. :)
