Hello,
Based on from what I played on Gameboy, I think this is a very unique game concept with good visuals. However, the game does not capture the Gameboy soul that I am familiar with (this is just my opinion/preference).
Thanks for sharing!

Good story =) this can easily be a Gameboy game for sure.
Great game! I like the color palette choice & chippy music. The stories are charming & funny too.
I like this take on the theme, and it's a fun concept! I liked reading the articles but it felt like I was just guessing randomly when selecting them. The feedback at the end of each week didn't quite feel satisfying. But great work team and love the UI :)
Hmm, what an interesting game; very creative take on the theme. I had a lot of fun reading all of the articles.
I think the impact of each individual article could be a little more clear.
Humor was hit-or-miss; my favorite joke was the Frod car scam.
Good work!
Thanks for playing! I really enjoyed adding the jokes into the paper and I'm glad you enjoyed them. Your right about the articles being unclear to rate, I appreciate the feedback!
Quite a unique and interesting concept! Was slightly confusing at first but I got the hang of it immediately after week 1. Love the humor and the color palette used as well. And excellent implementation of the space theme! Good luck!
Glad you figured it out! A better tutorial would have been great to add, but we unfortunately didn't have the time. Thanks for playing! :D
the concept is rather amusing, the funny texts extend this universe well and the use of the theme is original !
well done :)
Fun colors and visuals, lots of charm and humor. Major points for the inventive use of the theme to have space as a finite resource.
The main fun of the game was in reading the blurbs that go into the newspaper. Picking them felt quite arbitrary. Even after reading the tutorial I was unsure why the numbers would change the way they did.
Yeah, the idea is trying to guess what adding a specific paper would change for the audience who reads it. It is slightly unclear though. Thanks for your feedback! :)
I really liked the presentation, and deciding to make a management sim is a great and unexpected choice for this jam. The icons are clear. The news stories are amusing, with a large number of thinly-veiled in-jokes ("Harmony"? "Baby Whale"? "MrBrute"?). The cutscene with the truck delivering newspapers is pretty great, too.
The gameplay itself is a bit of a weak link. The only thing to judge the articles by is cost (unless I missed something really important... :) ).
Glad you picked up on the jokes! I had a lot of fun adding them in. The way to judge articles is by reading them and guessing how they will affect your stats, but it is rather hard. Thanks for the feedback! :D
Thanks for the feedback! I would've liked to make an actual playable tutorial, but we had to just settle for a wall of text due to time :( There's no exact metric to judge each article by, you just try to figure out if the article would be a good fit based off the text, and try to keep any stat from dropping too far down. It probably doesn't help that I forgot to talk about events in the tutorial as well XD
good job, its complete out of box e the color pallets is great,
Well done. It’s not my kind of game, but I liked the graphics and colors.
Good job!
Really liked the color scheme, it's a simple game but the theme is well utilized and everything is working well :)
Funny article 😂. Since I also used Unity for my submission, I highly recommend using the minimal template . Removes the clutter and the full screen button (the game goes out of view).
We saw it went out of screen and just hoped that nobody would notice XD I wasn't aware of the minimal option though, we'll have to do that next time, thanks! :D
