very hard game - I got to the food weapon but I lose health too easily.
A nice idea, but why is this dog the gatekeeper of Tim's soul? hmm...
this game is imagination of tim's owner(kid) that the surgeon fights the dog-the-gatekeeper and then if you win the dream the operation is successful.i wanted to add difficult option but i didn't have time.also thanks for playing.

thanks for playing. Actually if you go to story tab in main menu, you can get some idea. Actually the player is preforming an operation. If you win operation successful else operation failed in real. (And also the main menu is bad)
