Very good and hard game, it also had very cool animations.
I liked the mechanic, I did get stuck momentarily once or twice! My only criticism at this point would be sometimes I couldnt see where I was going so I would blindly switch gravity.
Good idea but a lot will depend on level design. If you let character change gravity midair, players would probably cheese it, so I understand why you don't allow that.
I like the aility a lot! :)
But I feel like limiting the player to not change the gravity mid air actually makes less fun, I don't really see the point to limit that tbh.
A very unique ability indeed! So much so that I found it impossible to complete the first objective. It's a bit beyond me, I think. The mechanic is challenging and exciting, although a bit difficult.
Good job! Although I'd suggest adding a menu to let your player exit the game. I had to ctrl-alt-del and then use the task manager to close it.
Thanks for the feedback! You couldn't finish the task, cause you didn't know how or because you couldn't execute what you wanted to do? and of course I must add an exit button. Thanks again!
Well, it's a bit jank when sometimes you change gravity to be sideways and you stay "sticking" to the wall, btu I can definitely see the potential for a good puzzle game here. Only thing I'd change is if you will only allow gravity changes on the ground, then make the physics a bit more deterministic, i.e. slow down the player horizontally when falling up/down (or vertically when falling left/right), I feel like the way it's currently done could make some sections annoying, if you want to fall striahg down but overshoot it and fail. This could definitely be also turned into a rage game if you allow graivty changes in mid-air. Cool beans.
Thanks for your feedback! I'll look after the sticking problem. And if understood correctly, you want more control when player is in air (falling), right? And maybe later I add limited gravity changes mid-air too, it can lead up to interesting situations. Thanks again!
