Kind of unplayable for me since I'm to slow after clicking "start" and get instagibbed immediately.. :(

Yeah that's fair, there's a resurrect card on the 9 key but we're looking at making the whole thing a ton easier

Cool idea, but the game softlocks unless the other samurai kills you twice(death button doesn't lead to try again screen), the controls listed in how to play are wrong, (you use the number keys, not click), and it's far, far too difficult.

Edit: the comments just loaded, how did ya'll beat this?

Haha yeah we definitely want to make it easier, the controls listed were what we wanted the controls to be and what we will make the controls be later, we noticed the death button not leading you back to the try again screen Right when we submitted

But yeah very valid

Polish and style?? In a Game Jam game??  This is a beautiful and simple game that takes advantage of the theme without feeling too restrictive.  I'd love to see another day or two put into this.

Thank you so much! We're planning on refining it a bit to create a polished game jam version, and then hopefully working on it a bit more after that to make a finished product

Seems like a cool concept, but I couldn't click on the cards.  Am I missing something with the controls?

Use the number keys.  I think they just need to fix the "How to Play" button.  They have it correct on their game page.

Ah, my bad.  Should’ve known to check the game page.  Thanks for the help!  Also, the game is quite fun, so good job to the creator!
