The art is so trippy and I dig it! Gameplay was simple, but it adhered to the theme and it was smooth none the less! Had fun with it! Great job!

Would love if you could check mine out too! Or not, no pressure ;) https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-2019/rate/462672?after=20#post-876644

You seem to be the first one complimenting the incredibly rushed 2h level design... But thank you!!! We are very happy that you enjoyed the game, we're considering further development of the game with more levels but I don't want to make any promises.

Nice game. Not bad, not very good. Exactly in the middle :D

I really like the narrative part and the background. The background is so trippy :D Love it. The puzzles are a little to easy tho.

What I really don't like is the idea to use the mouse to move. Just why? Don't you have arrow keys? :D

Feel free to check out our game too.

The mouse thing was there to fit the theme of using only one control. We considered using a single keyboard button and well... it was unbelievably awful. We know about the weak level design, this is caused by us having too little time to work on levels (notes taken for the next jam :D) I'm sure to check out yours game too :D

It was a well made game and it looked really good but the gameplay didn't seem to have anything to make it stand out.

Though I believe this is a strong game in terms of mechanics, it seems the only way it is trying to adhere to the theme through the narrative.

To be frank, I believe this game would've been a much better fit in the other competition, with a platformer lacking a crucial game mechanic, as you yourself suggested.

It's a good game! And the visuals are interesting and spooky, but I'm not certain it fits the theme to an appropriate extent.

We actually tried more to use the you use only one button to control the game but yeah fair criticism.

No, no. You're right about that, actually! I didn't even notice! Good job.

It's a good game, I love how it looks!

The depth effect, the shaders and this mysterious music makes you feel immersed into the game and creates a nice experience.

:D
