I think it's a good premise, but I found the "snap to grid" style of spring placement quite awkward, especially when I had to make a quick decision.

Developer

Perhaps I can make it so there's a vertical grid but not a horizontal grid. This way it still snaps to the floor but doesn't jump around while moving. Does this sound better?

Interesting concept! It's clear that we took the jam theme in completely different directions XD

At first I thought that the game should be faster, as I was often waiting for stuff to happen, but then I quickly changed my mind as I had to make split second decisions. Nice game!

I like the concept! It was more difficult than I thought it should be, plus the randomness of the spring versus the enemy really messed with my planning. Good job!
