Nice job with this. It was of course short but the idea was there and it is fun. It's interesting that you need to push off of the walls instead of just moving normally. I think you could really grow this in some interesting ways and have some challenges that play on that idea. An endless mode would've been awesome. Nice job on the art too!
controls didn't feel very responsive and the game was quite short, other than that great job.
Well I suppose it's out of control wrt the direction of vertical movement XD. Either way, the pixel art which was here was really good. The audio as well was nice. Maybe watch out for the scope of the game you want to make next time XD. Either way, nice game :)
Scoping correctly in a gamejam can be difficult! If you just got the pushing off mechanic working & looking better rather than trying to add in more mechanics it definitely would have been better. It does have potential!
The game that my team worked on: https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-2020/rate/696029
Short but sweet game, would love to see more levels or even a continuous mode!
Nice game bro. Could be cool to change the controls from time to time to make it more hard to control.
A Clarification about the sounds, the sound effects are not orginal, but the music is.
