Wow I loved the art style and overall presentation of this game, it was so cool! I also love the idea of a dicey dungeon crawler. I definitely found it tough to understand what was going on and if I was succeeding or not/how to fully play (I did read the tutorial on the page though. But I'd love to see more of this, really great job!

Great job! For those who had trouble moving I found just reloading fixed it for me. But I enjoyed the mechanics you put into this game to complement the shooting and random weapons. I thought it was super clever to be able to lock up to 2 of your stats but have them unlock when you get hit, what a great addition! The knockback on shooting with some guns was also fun. I definitely got mobbed by cards though and the game may have crashed when I died. But this was a lot of fun, well done!

Wow I absolutely love the aesthetic here. To stick fully to a color like purple made for an awesome art style! The gameplay was also fun with really cool different spells to sling. I definitely got stuck with the 3 spell which had a really long cooldown and a steady stream of spiders gave me trouble with it. But I really enjoyed this, awesome job!

Wow this was super cool and really interesting, awesome job! The art style is amazing, and I especially loved the super short intro with the GM's screen, etc. The take on the theme was really clever with a boss-avoiding style of game. It was for sure hard to internalize all the different options it could do and be able to react fast, but Im glad you put the move guid on the right side of the screen. Great job with this!

Really neat game, nice and relaxing like you said! It took me a moment to figure it out but then it was fun! I love the music by the way, great job it really fit the funky and chill vibe super well! Awesome job with this!

Really awesome job with this, I had a lot of fun. I see some comments about performance but for me it ran super smoothly which was great. It took a bit of a learning curve to understand how many jumps I had and how to maneuver best but then I had the hang of things. It's for sure tough when you are collecting lots of dice and so the color you have to avoid is changing often. I think you did a great job on the art and overall presentation, it looks clean and polished and really easy to interpret while going at high speeds. Great job!

Wow this was super fun, this game totally deserves way more ratings! Definitely one of my favourites that I've played. The overall presentation is just phenomenal, it looks so clean and polished on all fronts. The gameplay is super fun too because you add the timer that forces you to make your decisions rather quickly but still enough time to consider it all. The fact that you die when you make 1 mistake is a little tough but I enjoyed the challenge. Honestly great job with this!

Wow this was honestly really amazing, I loved playing this and am super impressed all across the board! First of all the game looks phenomenal, from the art to the animations. Just super polished! The gameplay was a lot of fun and really interesting too with the rolling and then calling back of the dice. It leads to really fun gameplay, if a little on the easier side. I definitely had some lag when it would spawn a ton of enemies in later waves but that could be my crappy computer haha Amazing job!

Wow this was extremely creative! I definitely tried to think about how to do a game about weighted dice when brainstorming and couldn't come up with anything but this is super clever, I love it! Kudos to the dice rolling on the right hand side, the dice themselves look awesome, the roll works great with the physics (even the reroll on cocked dice, nice job!) and is overall super satisfying. I definitely found the game tough since it all happens fast, even using the midair slowmo was tough (maybe a button to activate slowmo instead and have it be much more slow?) But regardless, really awesome job here!

Nice job! Unfortunately short like you said, I definitely would've liked to play more! I like the concept of rolling a few random things up front. I like that you explained what each of the things I rolled into meant. I also really loved the art, amazing job there. The enemy in particular looked awesome and animated really well. Well done!

Unfortunately I wasn't able to do too much in this game, but I really liked your concept. I also thought the backstory/lore was super cool (and the thumbnail/cover art too!) I would love to play this again later with some of the bugs squashed. Great job!

Wow nice job! At first I died super fast as I didn't understand but then on the next try I got it and had a lot of fun! It was a great idea to be able to add new dice which start as d2s and then have to upgrade them. And having multiple dice going at once was so fun because youre just spamming all of them haha Would love to see this expanded upon with some animations and effects to really sell those attacks, but honestly really awesome job with this!

Wow this was really awesome, this game totally deserves tons more ratings! This was so extremely polished from all the menu art and transitions and sounds, etc. Truly amazing job there. I also loved the take on the theme, Roll with the Punches is a great idea and a game around training for a fight is awesome. I definitely didn't quite understand I should've been not adding dice to keep my health up (because the warning when trying to finish with empty slots made me think I was doing it wrong). Low kicks almost got me there even though I had so little max hp hahah Anyway, awesome job with this!

Great job! I really liked the art for the characters and the enemy, and the fact that each of the 6 different characters had aspects of their design that indicated which number they were on the die, very cool! I wasn't sure at times exactly how the damage was being calculated, etc, but I just spammed damage the whole time and barely took any damage from the enemy. Still, I had a fun time. Well done!

This was honestly so interesting and a ton of fun! What a wild take on the theme! So utterly unique! I absolutely love the art style and vibe you wen't with, it was super cool. And the idea of the random character generator inspiration is amazing, I loved trying to figure out what all these odd stats meant. And the idea of getting a "perm" to lock in stats was awesome. Incredible job!

I actually really really enjoyed this! A very simple idea but one that is very addicting and satisfying. The ability to upgrade your dice as you go or add new dice is an awesome touch. The final boss was obviously impossible haha but I still had a ton of fun. I know you didn't make the art as you said, but damn does it look great regardless haha A little bit of polish and this would be phenomenal. Awesome job!

Really interesting game! I love how you fully leaned into it all the way and committed to everything being random across the board. It definitely makes for a whacky experience. I love the pixel art and overall aesthetic by the way. I also was not sure if all powerup pickups randomly gave you + or sometimes - to that stat or if it was a color thing. It was also wild to have an initially really bad character, lose and then get the sword which was wild. Anyway, great job!

Wow, awesome job. This was a ton of fun, very addicting! I love how simple it is to control and just run it back if you lose. The void you mentioned that you can't cross unless you do a specific strategy is definitely unfortunate as that means you can't continue unless you know it. I was also confused by the ability to just Right Click to get better firerate (maybe a debug thing left in?). But hey, this was pretty phenomenal overall. I love the time mechanic as an idea in a shmup, it gives it a very frantic environment. Well done!

Really great job, I had a lot of fun with this! For those experiencing lag, particularly in the browser version, try not playing in fullscreen as that fixed it for me. But I love the fast-paced action of this. You had a lot of fun and clever effects from the roll of the die, I like how they varied from visual things to gameplay-affecting. I also really liked the design of the main character. Nice job!

Wow this was a lot of fun, great job! The art was phenomenal, you absolutely killed it in that department! And then the gameplay was great too, the gunplay was very polished and varied between the different weapons. I definitely had some trouble understanding what all the symbols were on the slots and how they necessarily effected things in some cases. But still, outstanding job!

Wow great job! I actually had a lot of fun with this, especially the boss fight and especially once it started spraying bullets absolutely everywhere. It was a fun idea to be able to line up particular dice to get different effects. Although it was kind of tough to be deliberate about particular combinations (in the boss fight at least). Some SFX/music would contribute hugely here! But I really enjoyed this. Great job!

Well done! I really loved the art style that you had with that shader. Very cool and monochromatic as well. I really like your interesting take on the theme with this story-based and deep approach. I did find in at least one occasion that while I was listening to the VO that one of the dice caught me before I even entered the main room. But great job overall!

Great job! I thought this was really clever and unique! You had a mix of cool different gadgets to equip that could work together in different ways. It was fun to sort of play through a bit, determine what face of the die I would need something attached to and then go back and attach before proceeding. I also like that if you restart by pressing TAB it still keeps all your currently attached things so you can "build as you go" sort of. Well done!

Nice job with this fun platformer! You really surprised me with the level made from code, that was an awesome twist and clever level. I felt it tough to attack the enemies because of how much health they had and there was no knock-back on the attack, so I had to just avoid them. But great job! I also really liked the pixel art, in particular the tutorial level looks beautiful!

I really enjoyed this! At first I thought it was going to be a match game but then I realized it wasn't and was instead something way more interesting and enjoyable. Definitely tough but fun. And I love that you integrated a "shop" phase too, and that the difficulty ramps and ramps. I think you executed on this idea really well, awesome job!

Well done with this small, but polished arena shooter! I didn't understand at first that I had to get hit to be able to swap weapons, it would've been nice to swap more when it isn't too hard off the bat and you're not getting hit. I really liked the weapon that teleported you to the killed enemy, it made for interesting gameplay. Great job!

Wow really awesome job with this! I loved the art style and overall presentation of the game, it felt very polished! I was impressed with the dual design of being able to use dice on your abilities or on the door. Although I felt like I should always be using it on the door but then that meant I wasn't using my abilities as much. But still, great job!

Great job! This was a lot of fun. I loved the attack animation and sound, very nostalgic and also very satisfying to attack the different enemies. I love the concept of your goals and challenges being decided up front. I did feel like the spawning of the enemies perhaps just happened around you (or maybe frequently all over) which meant I didn't have to explore much. But it was lots of fun, great job!

This was actually a lot of fun. Took me a moment to get it, since you've really got to look 1 move ahead. But then it was really interesting. It felt like I was playing basketball trying to sling those 6's into the top right. Simple idea executed well. Great job!

Great job! The aesthetic and overall presentation is absolutely fantastic, amazing job there. I also love that you get to choose between the three characters each represented by different dice and they have different modifiers on their stat rolls. Well done!

Really good job with this addicting reaction game. I really enjoyed it! I love the way you played with the thickness of enemies to try to deceive you whether they are length-wise or not, etc.

Wow I absolutely adored the presentation in this game. The art style is amazing and charming! I had a lot of fun playing, even if I didn't fully grasp how the dice were used in all scenarios. Definitely challenging as things went on, but great job!

Nice job! I really like the take on the theme. Very fun to have a physics-based dice throwing game about hitting targets. Definitely fun to have it ricochet all over the place. There were for sure a lot of options in how you shot your die which made it a little overwhelming. But I still enjoyed it. Great job!

Really awesome job, Im a huge fan of reaction, pseudo-rhythm-based games like this and I had a lot of fun. After doing the tutorial and a bit of the first level I just had to skip to some of the harder levels and man are they fast haha Really great job polishing this and delivering a solid and addictive experience!

Really interesting and fun game! I absolutely love the art style and the visual design of the boss. Really cool that it was an arcade cabinet that you zoom into as well. I definitely found the bow a lot harder than the sword, it was easy to get stuck on the edges of the screen with the bow because youre always firing towards the center. But the sword became really fun and interesting with the different attacks. Would've been cool to have player health on the screen too to see how I was doing. Great job though, I love a boss battle game jam game!

Nice job! The tutorial was really helpful to explain exactly how everything worked (including all the pictures). Really fun score-based pseudo-puzzler. I like that there were two dice to choose from at all times to make sure you had some choice and wouldn't get too screwed haha Overall great job!

Nice job! This was a lot of fun! Very simple but I like it because it is addicting with the score based nature of it. I also like that it wasn't too too punishing to get low rolls on the dice (although of course you'd rather higher) because there were the boosters as well and you could often chain a bunch together. Great job with the overall presentation too!

Really great job with your overall presentation. I love the red and white shading, like others have mentioned, very Downwell style which is cool. The screen shake on the shots and the SFX contribute to a really good game feel too. I did feel like reloading took a while and the rounds were quite long that it took a while to eventually get to the gambling part. And then I wasn't quite sure how the gambling worked. But overall, really great job!

I love the idea behind this game, super creative and hectic! I was confused though because I would collect a lot of dice and then bring them to the table and nothing would happen. Would really love to see this complete though, great job!

Well done! Really interesting story-based visual novel but requiring choices based on stats, etc. I think your writing was quite good too, especially for a game jam, wow. The various characters all had their niches but I think were done well. Great art with them too!
