How does your game fit the theme?
Its a hack n'slash sword game, but instead of killing people with the weapon, you will keep an out of control weapon away from them.

I like the art and its always nice to see controls baked into the world to make it more seamless, good game!
Obviously with it being a game jam it was not possible, but adding some other objectives to complete whilst balancing not massacring everyone (or massacring, whatever floats your boat) would add more depth to the gameplay

Also I know the theme was 'out of control' but adding some sort of tell for when the sword is about to rampage would benefit the user a lot, something like a quick struggling animation which lets you know whats about to happen

Thank you so much for the feedback!

The game was supposed to play the noise music before starting get out of control, but unfortunately we could not sync the sound correctly in time.

I like your art style. The tutorial at the start is very immersive + seamless too. Would be cool if the weapon will keep slashing no matter what, this way the game will be more fast-faced and tense. Good job!!!

Developer

Thanks! Check @mourilo on Instagram, all the art credits for him.

I agree with you on the game pace, in fact our plan was to create other challenges for the player despite the people to avoid.

The game says I died when I failed to nimbly-not-marauder a dozen NPCs? Never felt more alive while playing a retro hack'n'slah. Some polish and design could make this a homegrown lovechild of Hotline Miami and Cyberpunk 2077.

Thanks for the feedback! We are looking forward to keep working on the game.
