How does your game fit the theme?
My game is about playing as a synthetic animal(here called Amalgam). You can kill the enemy, take a part of it and literally "join together" with it. .

This game is awesome! so much effort put into the different sprites and the effectsI LOVED that the fights got harder, and made he have to think what combination would be best!

Amazing work!

it is a decent game however it is very complicated and not very entertaining

Fun game, I tried a lot of combinations. It's a bit frustrating when your faced to an ennemi you can't beat but it's hard to balance a game this complicated in 48 hours x) . I couldn't find a body part that allows to protect. It's not enough visible that the green interaction heals you, the first tutorial only talks about the ability to hurt flying stuff. A preview of the effect for each placement of a body part would be more interesting I think. And nice job on the art, I was surprised on how much variation there was for the main character and it looks really cool ^^

The game is really addictive. And the music feels like those old retro games which got me shivering.

The gameplay is fun. And I honestly loved it :)

super interesting! I didn't realise at first that you can change the pool of available attacks itself, which adds a crazy amount of depth to the game! I love how ridiculous your player starts looking after the fourth fight with random stuff sticking  out of the player all over the place! I think adding a endless run version where your health carries over to the next fight would force the player to think a lot more strategically. Another great qol would be explaining what each body part does when you hover over it when you're absorbing it. There is also a minor bug where the move position selector will move forward even if you take back a move. It's nothing too major tho, easy to work around.  All in all a surprisingly fun game, with comically fun art to go really well with it!

Really original, there is a surprising amount of depth with all the different stuff you can steal from your enemies’ corpses. Overall I really liked it and it’s a really original take on the theme. Loved it
