I see you used the assets from Mister Taft or so, with the same first two maps. At least try to tweak it a bit more for the design to be yours.

Loved the Zelda-like look and gameplay. Got stuck on way too many places though, like the table in the starting house, and the dog house, and the bench... Would've also appreciated an ability to restart or close the game without ALT+F4, and a clear indicator on the player character that he was taking damage from the trees - didn't even notice the hearts until I died the first time. Music and sounds would've helped the gamefeel a lot. Basic gamefeel was good though.

Kept clipping inside of walls past colliders on accident and got stuck. Looks good though!
