This is such a cool idea, and very challenging. Definitely want to second the suggestion of in-level tutorial. I read some of the how-to, but decided to jump in and was confused for a while while I figured out what was going on.
Looks amazing, and plays really well. Overall nicely done! You could make a full game out fo this with ease. I feel that the power port having the commander over it, made it a little unclear at times, but this game was awesome!
Really cool! Reminds me a bit like FTL in the graphics. Impressive to make this in just 48 hours!
This is a really awesome take on the prompt, and was really fun to play! I always love these management style games.
Unfortunately it was also frustrating that the messages from the commander appeared over the top of the power port, so I could never see where I was going when trying to connect to it. Also, the layout of the colours on the diagram is different to on the actual ship.
Once I got used to it this was really enjoyable though!
Glad you enjoyed it! Yeah the game doesn't scale too well with some resolutions, definitely something to learn from ^^"
The colors we had to add during crunchtime, you know how those things go ;) we might get a fix in for that after the voting period has ended
Thank you for the feedback, we're glad we could scratch that management itch a little bit!
There was definitely a learning curve, but after I learned what to do, it was a blast! Very creative implementation of the theme
Interesting idea, but massive tutorials is not good, as for me. I prefer tutorials as a first level. Good luck with the next jams. I appreciate your work.
Adding mechanics over time is definitely something we'd consider for the next jam! Thank you so much for playing ^^
