How does your game fit the theme?
This game fits the theme as it is a tower defense game with the roles reversed. You play as waves of enemies trying to break through the tower's defenses, rather than the towers trying to stop the oncoming waves

I enjoyed playing it a lot.  Good difficulty level; took me a few goes to beat the first level

Particle and sounds effects are very were very nice.

For improvements, maybe add a screen that has the stats of different ships? Also, the levels are very dark, making it a bit hard to see what is going on sometimes.

Overall, a strong submission. Nice job!

The idea it's quite neat and not so overused as others I've seen during the jam. The main thing I would focus more it's progression. The game starts quite fast and don't leave you much time to think. Also, it's not that obvious what is the exact difference between the ships. In rest, good stuff.

Fun game! I think it has potential, i've seen some of this reversed tower defenses but this one really makes you think and it's not only creating tons of troops and winning. Nice Job!

Wow, I ended up playing this for a lot longer than I expected! This was really enjoyable and the difficulty curve was nicely tuned. Levels 3-5 are especially well-calibrated so that you need to buy just the right types of ships and really need to think about group composition rather than just spamming buttons. I know TD games can be quite difficult to balance and test during a short jam, but you did admirably and the final product is quite impressive! Also, very nice work on the smoke, muzzle flashes, and various other particle effects - looks great :)
