Thank you all for your nice comments! Indeed, due to time and energy, I skipped a few game design elements. Originally, I would have liked Oiram to be controlled by an AI, making the player having to anticipate his moves and seeing him "smartly" avoid the traps . Also, for the traps, a better game design would involve having a maximum amounts or a cool down or something preventing the limitless obstacles giving infinite points. Thanks again and have a great jam :D
I placed many pits for mario
Neat idea! My only problem with the game is that it is a bit unclear on how to actually play it with the controls, and aside from that there isn't much of an idea in mind. Otherwise great submission!
Great theme catch! I like how you reverse everything in such common game. For me the only problem was that there is no specific goal in the game except try to make max score record. Maybe it would appear if the game itself will generate some obstacles and player needs to decide when to create yours to avoid both of them. Overall, good job!
A creative take on the game jam theme! It's a shame that there isn't any limit to the pieces, so the game is easily solvable, but it's cool!
I enjoyed this game, I thought that it was very creative how everything is reversed. i.e. the sound effects, the title and even the fact that you're running from right to left rather than left to right. I did find the gameplay to become a little one note as I continued to play as I could just spam the up arrow and keep gaining points but other than that this is a very creative game and a great submission. Well done ^~^
