How does your game fit the theme?
Instead of Dungeon crawling, you "are" the dungeon and have to place the items in a way to fool the hero!

I didn't really get it...

I loved the SFX when the hero enters the dungeon, it was fun! Also, the visuals were pretty cool!

I liked that you explained the rules and controls of the game during gameplay. It certainly helps players get a better grasp of the game mechanics and enhances the overall experience.
The concept itself was intriguing, overall nice work!😊

A fun concept! the sfx & visual aesthtic was charming, and helped get invested in the gameplay.

Good job!

Cool concept! I couldn't say anything that has not been said below. Congrats on the jam entry!

Thanks for playing!

Good game but requires, UX improvement like item description,  a fast forward button

Developer(+1)

It sure does! Thanks for the feedback and for taking the time to play!

Haha we used the same art pack! I like your game a lot, very simple right now but I could see it expanded - perhaps you have some kind of influence over what the knight does so you have something to do while waiting. The concept is fun and unique though and I enjoyed playing!

A fun little game but i personally don't really like that we pretty much *have* to restart against a knight to be able to win.

Some ideas i had while playing (if you intend to continue this game after the jam):
-make it easier to know what the knight likes/dislike (seeing other comments; seems like it was the idea ^^)
-add some monsters so the knight isn't just some guy and have to fight (could help us control where the knight go depending if he's courageous or a coward ^^)
-this one asks you to change a lot about the game: have us play as the whole dungeon over multiple knights so we have to optimise between easy so we get popularity (and more knights come) or hard so we get ressources when knights die to improve the dungeon.

Developer

I also did not like that, but couldn't come up with a solution in time.
I'm not sure if I'll keep working on this idea as it is. Your idea for a dungeon management game is really interesting!
Thanks for the comment!

I would like to know how this mighty knight decides where to go, it seems like some little clever algorithm. Nice work

The artwork is awesome, and I liked the idea of heroes with different traits, maybe some kind of indicator visually of the trait, like if the character is naked, they think it's cold and go towards the fire, or something like that. Also felt weird to place objects, like they didn't always place where I wanted them to. Overall great concept, very cool.

It was the idea, but I had to cut it... 48h jams are ruthless hahaha
Thanks for the comment!

Has some visual bugs, but idea itself is very interesting! Well done!

Had some trouble with the tiles, left for later to fix them and ran out of time, it happens haha
Thanks for the comment!

It's a bit obscure but the idea itself is quite creative!
