Really cool game, looks like lots of work went into this. I love the fact it's 2 player, you don't really ever see that in these short game jams. Well done!
The drawback of 2 players is that fewer people will be able to experience them to their true potential.

The graphics here are excellent, great model work with the voxel look.
The gameplay itself is very interesting, actually feels pretty challenging to plan your next move when you spawn in place of the egg.

For the 2 players, it is indeed more fun that way. But if you still want to explore it, you could make the second chicken not explode in the Settings Menu, thus giving you more time to make a super OP chicken explosion xD

A bit hard for my brain to get use to the swap mechanics when we're used to the bomberman mechanic
It was also tricky for us to play-test it, as you are expecting the "Bomb" to explode, and not your character. Glad you had fun with it

Placing multiple eggs teleports you to the last placed egg which is really nice consequence of the inversion. I can guarantee this could be a one hell of a clustercluck!

Rather interesting concept, shame i can't really test it against someone else but the potentional is there, and i do love a good bomberman game
Yeah, no time for an AI sadly. But we added the option to disable the second player explosion, in case you want to explore the map by yourself and have an LoL hearing the chicken steps after you take more speed upgrades one after another.
