I really like the idea! It's a pretty smart hide-and-seek, looking for anomalies in the users behaviors. Beating each level was really fun, and I feel the game could have even more mechanics (potential cheats to spots)! Also, it goes without saying that the look of the game is incredible. The console interface, the screen filter, going with the rudimentary UI (that is still surprisingly ergonomic to control)… It efficiently put in the right mood, while still making the game visuals functional. I really enjoyed my time on it. Well done!

Have given this a very high rating! really love the concept of finding the odd behaviour within the group, would've love to create a similar game with the same concept to this :D

The aesthetic is great -- really good art! Unique concept too! Catching the hacker is super satisfying. Well done.

It feels a tad clunky to use WASD to switch between characters when there’s so many of them on the screen. Maybe clicking on them instead could have helped, but then you wouldn’t be able to have them overlap unless you get more clever about it…

Aside from that, neat concept and fun experience. The game is super nicely polished! With all the flavor of the boot up sequence and animations, I can tell a lot of care went into this submission. Great work!

Incredible game concept, I am now in desperate need of an endless mode. Also, I found the teleportation to be a bit too obvious, if the players had name tags (or just unique icons above their heads), then the teleportation could have been made instant, since the player would then have to find the person that teleported based on their icon, rather than just following them on the screen.

Also, your game is criminally underrated (at least at the time of writing, I hope this changes).

Great idea! Thanks for playing

Really unique idea to have you stopping the hackers in a crowd! It was sometimes a little unclear whether someone teleported or just despawned and someone else spawned in, but I enjoyed the game a lot and beat all of the levels.

Really great game! Love the concept, well presented, and really satisfying when you catch one of them moving weirdly! Good job

Interesting idea and solid execution. I really like how each NPC is easy to tell apart from the crowd.

Once there are more NPC targeting becomes a little unwieldy

Developer

Yeah it can get a bit hectic when there are loads of them! Glad you liked it! :)
