I loved the cast of characters!! The art and music made the game way more fun as I repeatedly lost due to my lack of coordination lol

Love the art, music and theme!

Great art assets, and catchy tunes that aren't over powering :>

Great art and use of theme! Simple gameplay with a mix of flavor with the different "food items".  Was unclear how to play at first, which items to hit and which arrows to hit, but found out by trial and error.

Bug: When restarting the game using the restart button, it load but doesn't start the game.

Love the artstyle, probably my favorite so far from the jam ^^

Gameplay was a bit difficult, but that only made it funnier when you failed haha

The art was fantastic.  The gameplay was rather simple.  I like the idea of the theme, but I wish there was a bit more to it.  The rhythm mechanics felt accurate however.  Would love to see this fleshed out more!

Ideas:

Focus on the dating sim part of the game where you unlock their likes and dislikes through dialogue choices and building a relationship meter.  Then use that information during the rhythm game "dates" to accomplish your goal.

Basically, instead of the profiles at the bottom of the page, make discovering these things part of the game!  (of course we only had 48 hours, but this would be cool if you continued this project!).

Really love the art!

The idea was super creative, I almost voted before playing just because it was an amazing idea.
I do think the game needs a bit of dialogue instead of the notes. Maybe something similar to undertale? Where you can learn what they don't like and then have a minigame of the DDR to charge up the reject meter.

Very well done!~

My oh my, that presentation... BOOTZIFOOL
Putting that aside, the core idea of a reversal dating sim crossed our teams mind when brainstorming for the jam. We ended up not going down that road, but I am so happy to see someone did and in such a charmful way! I would have just hoped for more dialogue and less rythme action (but that is only a personal taste).
Great job to the team!

This was awesome!!! Super cool spin on a guitar hero system where you need to skip notes! Also the art and music were BEAUTIFUL

And how did you get the music to line up so well with falling notes? So many games mess that up but it felt so smooth excellent work!! It so well timed

I won! Very cute. I didn't quite understand how the food things work, but to be fair I skimmed the instructions. Nice game!
