I loved playing as an enemy! However, I found that I could just wait in a specific corner where my attacks didn't hit the player and I could just be killed. I don't want to "win doing nothing" and would love to see how the gameplay could be more engaging.
Really great game!!! Very fun Idea! i have played some games about being the Boss, but here I love the twist that you must try NOT to kill the player. Nice graphics also!
Awesome game! Very weird, but very nice take on the reversed role theme.
I really loved this game, maybe my favorite from the jam so far, loved the concept, the art, and the levels were very enjoyable
What a cool concept! Didn't read the description so I was pretty surprised when the second cursor appeared. You also keep adding different mechanics throughout each level keeping the player entertained. This game stands out quite a bit from the rest!
Thanks for your appreciation!
Great interpretation of the theme, I like that you have to intentionally "lose" in order to progress the story. The art style is also very nice as well. I do wish that there was more content, or at least another mechanic or two added to the game. Great work!
Thanks for your feedback! I'm quite inexperienced in making a game alone, so I wasted too much time on coding, didn't have enough time for more mechanics.
I don't think this is crude at all! I love the realization when you try to click the play button and nothing happens, and then the "player" does it and you're controlling the enemy. Also the animation for when you kill the player is cool too. Game has a wonderful vibe all around. I think it's lacking a bit of depth but that's just the nature of game jamming, I could definitely see this being a hit with more levels with each enemy, with some kind of other mechanics. Maybe the other AI enemies are trying to kill the player as well, and you need to block them while also making sure you don't accidentally kill the player? Regardless, cool little game :)
Wow, thank you! Your ideas are brilliant!
