Hi, I’m on a mission to rate all the fellow “duck” games of the jam.
We have a very similar idea, taking inspiration from Duck Hunt. Your game is very difficult! It took me quite a few tries to win. But I like how the duck is controlled, and the dodge mechanic is a nice touch.

I liked it! I know I'm biased but it was a solid game, definitely a challenge :)
I like the concept but there's a dominant strategy of "flap, flap, flap, dash" on repeat.
It's strange, because starting off, the game felt very difficult, but then once this dominant strategy was found, the difficulty evaporated.
I actually think taking some inspiration from the pacman ghost AI could be really helpful. One ghost aims for where the player currently is, one aims where the player was, and one aims where the player is going (iirc, my memory on this may be a bit stale).
I think the flap/dash mechanics (general feel/refresh times) were solid, but this style of game is really AI dependent, and that's where I see the most growth opportunity.
If I had seen this game in the arcade as a kid, I would have definitely spent an entire afternoon playing it to get the high score!Well done!

Your game completely turned the tables on the traditional gaming experience, and I loved it! The graphics were impressive, and playing as the opposite brought a whole new perspective. Keep up the fantastic work!
Nice idea, funny name, lol. Had fun with this, though I fell off the map at some point and won by accident.

Surprisingly fun flapping your wings left and right. Wished there was a death animation though!
