This type of game really really needs a thorough explanation of the rules so that the player can reason about what’s going on. Unfortunately this game explains nothing at all, so it’s impossible to understand what’s going on. So fixing the AI’s mistakes is right out.
I like the idea and presentation quite a bit, and the game seems to work well on a technical level, but since a tutorial is absolutely crucial for a game like this, the gameplay suffers pretty significantly.
I love card games and this is a very good concept.
This is a promising concept and I'd like to have understood it more - I got the attack and heal cards, but I didn't know what the shield and lightning cards did. I think adding some animations to them or even some super clear text (e.g. damage numbers) would get their point across.
Not sure how to play the game. I'm just clicking some cards, but I do not know what is happening. I suggest adding instructions in the description on how to play the game.
really good concept great art style
Great concept and I absolutely love the art, but I was struggling on what I was supposed to do. I ended up just clicking random cards in hope they do something.
I was doing the same thing
Really nice art! I was a little confused about the timing of how long I had for my turn while I thought about which cards to switch, but not frustrating at all to figure out along the way :) Good job!
Looks great! I found it confusing however, having not played any deck-building games other than Dicey Dungeons. I seemed to win more through luck than judgement.
There are a few bugs with the resolution settings, one of which made the game stop responding to inputs. I called it a day there...
