Looks really good and plays well, pity about the low quest amount.
Game has a super artwork, the texts are so thought, someone is talented. Keep the good work. If you want you can rate my game.
Game is super cute! My favorite aspect was the smart writing, I think whoever came up with the texts is quite talented. I liked the character names (jack michaelson my favorite), the quest ideas are creative, and what is written in the exclaim afterwards is very funny too.
One very good aspect is that the quest names are self explanatory. "defeat the Lich king" obviously requires strength for example, so that was very intuitive. props for a simple tutorial too.
As a piece of feedback I just wish there as more quest variety to use charisma and luck more directly, so I am sorry for the power cuts that prevented you :( overall ver nicely done!
If you can find the time, would you please check out our game as well?
Our twist of the theme is that a critic tries to play your unfinished game, and you fight from inside the computer to make him like it. Hope you'll like it!
Really cool game! I really enjoyed it! Like other people said it gets a bit reptitive, but I saw the comment in the description. Also I would love more visual and auditive feedback to wether rejecting was the right choice, since often I'm still not sure about that, but anyways it's a great and fun game! Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much for the kind words and feedback! I'll have a look at how to make the good and bad outcomes more apparent for sure, thanks again! :D
This probably the best game in the jam I played. It's so good, and my only complaint is that it doesn't have enough quests and gets repetitive, but that's exactly the point of making more content after the jam, which you should definitely do!
You've honestly made my day with that comment, thank you so much!! So happy to hear you enjoyed it, I'll definitely add more as soon as the jam is over and hope you'll check it out again then! :D
Love the presentation and theme! A tad bit unclear as to what stats are effective in some quests but otherwise very well put together.
Thank you so much for the kind words!! I'll try to clarify what works best for some of the quests as soon as the jam is over, would love for you to try it again then!
Graphics is really good ! Maybe more diversity in quests? otherwise it’s very fun. Congrats to the team.
Thank you so much! Definitely will have more, in fact I had more ready before the deadline but uploaded the wrong build before realizing it... Still though, I'll update it after the jam, I hope you'll be able to check it out then! Thanks for the kind words! :D
It is so interesting how you implemented the theme
Thank you, so glad you liked it!
really fun, wish there were more quests! Good job :)
Haha yeah, I accidentally uploaded the wrong build without realizing... There are more quests and characters, but unfortunately will have to wait until after the jam is over to see them! :') Thank you so much fir the kind words anyway!!
aww damn, me and a bud were laughing the whole time playing, its our type of humor lol
I definitely like the idea! My team and I started on a similar basis, sadly we weren't able to focus on a deep quest giving mechanic. This one reminded me a lot Kingdom in it's binary choices. The visuals are nice, especially that bartender cleaning glass animation. Great work!
Thank you so much, so happy to hear you liked it! I'll check out yours too, looking forward to see the direction you and your team went in!
