I think I won? I can’t really tell but the screen is green! :] Pretty simple concept but relatively easy to play through, some sfx feedback when shooting would be nice and I think that having some screen-shake would be fun too, I think this could make for a pretty fun chaos game :]

this was very funny, especially the lawnmowers. though I could not play it that long cuz the plant glitched out the scene. overall good game.

hey! no problem, i'm just not a big fan of pixel art in general, i also found the background very simple
Ah, I see.yes the background is just a big tilemap made out of one grass sprite rotaded and flipped.
This is fun, but I feel as though the usage of the theme is more of just a visual choice, which is fine, but it would've been cool to see it affect gameplay somehow. I also weren't sure what any of the upgrades were, so I just picked when at random when I died hoping it would help. I do love that the game over screen is literally just a mowed lawn, it fits with the theme and I find it hilarious. Great Job.
Ha ha, yes I know the gameplay is a bit lacking. Gamedesign is an area I want to greatly improve on. Still, thanks for playing and your feedback!
Fun to play, I feel like it's something you could play multiple times and enjoy! Got swarmed by lawnmowers and they scared me hahah

I had fun with the shooting. FOV felt a touch small.
Thanks for playing! Yes I know I experimented a bit with “peeking the mouse”, the the camera shifts a little towards the mouse. I unfortunately did not get that working.
