This definetly should be more of this. Looks like a demo of a real game, where do I can found full version?)
Maybe made a bit more balanced and understandable (How many mana I received after fights to reqruit unded, can it be saved for next round)
Really amazed to play this game
Nice job on this! I played normal and easy and will probably give hard a shot soon. Cool that there's these options in a jam game!! And seeing the "hero" party have different party members in easy made me want to replay again in hard.
I was a lil confused at first with the summoning screen. I'd assumed I could summon multiple of the same unit so I kept clicking the one slot and wondering what was going on with my remaining mana. Bit silly of me in hindsight!
Also would be nice to have the player's menu buttons hide while the attack phase was happening. Would be a good way to direct the player's attention to the action!

Really great game and had a complete game play cycle! A game I ac tally wanted to beat. Hard mode was interesting sense it was all amount having enough mana to make the boss room as difficult as possible for the travels, matching rpgs.

Nice entry! I love all the character designs and the sound effects are really well made.
I think it would be better if the damage for the enemies were visible so that the player can strategise? (and also it's not very obvious if mana carries over between summons). And also it is a bit of a let down when you summon a whole army at full health and they get wiped by the heroes before attacking.

Thanks for playing! You are 100% correct about the balancing of the game being off, that's something I wish I could have spent more time on. Hero groups with all mages can easily wipe out a whole party and most groups of 4 (on hard) will destroy you, unless you can stop them from attacking. I had planned for the teams to alternate attacking but never got around to it within the jam time. As you mentioned, the mana is also not super clear so I'll add a small description of how that works to the page so people don't have to play guesswork. Regardless, I appreciate the kinds words and commend you on finishing your own jam entry ^_^
