You definitely have a good concept! I can see you adding more challenges as well as adding levels. I was really invested in which each object did and I found that added a lot of charm to the game! I encourage you to keep building on it :D

Thanks for playing.... btw what's your favourite animation?

Submitted(+1)

Ooo, it's hard to pick just one, I really liked the cabinet with the cat and the tentacles coming out of the toilet haha!

Submitted(+1)

Short and sweet. Cool animations!

Developer

Thanks for playing

Pretty neat, I like all the different animations. Others have said there should be more of a challenge, which I agree with. Maybe a raising of the stakes? Could also have some kind of randomization. Maybe the house gets bigger with every level, different rooms, different people in them? Maybe one character doesn't get scared by a TV turning on but does with the monster under the bed?

Developer

That kinda was my original plan, have people wander around the house and you have to figure out who is  truly scared of what, and they wouldn't just run towards exit, instead the would get "scared"  and  rush in  any room at random (having the higher chance to end in the room they haven't been scared in)  but sadly I overscoped on the art... And I was thinking it's better to publish something... rather than nothing...

Absolutely, submitting something is better than nothing, especially for jam projects! And I understand overscoping, there's a lot of my game I had to cut

Neat. But small)
Was interested in seeing all animations, but it's not really a game - no challenges

Developer(+1)

Well I'm glad you were interested in animations, cause that's where I spent the majority of time  xD, but now that some people have suggested to make it a puzzle game, I think that could fix the issue of no challenge

Submitted

Really cool! I really like the idea! I wish it was longer though. As MidnightBaker said could be a very fun puzzle game!

Developer(+1)

I'm glad that you liked the game, and yes, it certainly could be an amazing puzzle game mechanic

Submitted(+1)

This is a really cute little game. I loved all of the little details on the different ways to scare people. With some more development this could be made into a fantastic puzzle game

Developer

Thanks for the feedback, I was going for a more chaotic vibe, but I overscoped on the art xD... It certainly could be a great puzzle game, now that i think of it
